6. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Subscription boxes ship in a monthly batch on the 1st of every month. All other boxes ship 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and arrive 1-3 days after they ship. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships, so you can track it the whole way. You can even sign up to get text or email alerts whenever your order reaches a new scanning destination en route.
7. USPS TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT IT WASN'T. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We've noticed that mail carriers sometimes scan packages prematurely, causing a delivery email notification to be sent before a package is actually delivered. It can be frustrating—but this is almost always the case with delayed or missing packages. After a premature scan, the package usually shows up within a couple days. Please do check with any neighbors, just in case (on our end, we aren't able to see if a package was delivered to a neighbor's address). If you still don't have your box in 2-3 days, let us know so we can open a Missing Mail Search with USPS. We want to make sure you receive your crafts and activities as soon as possible!
